Tokyo International Film Festival

As a general rule, tickets will be available at the door in case the advanced tickets are sold out. Please ask each theater how to purchase tickets at the door.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Ordinance for Healthy Youth Development prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from being at theaters from 23:00 to 4:00 the. This also applies when these individuals are accompanied a parent or guardian. Please note that screening of some films will end after 23:00.

Tickets at the door will be available at 0:00 on the day of the screening at vit (ticket selling system in which purchasing and payment can be made online). The unsold tickets at vit can be purchased at the door from 10:00 AM at each theater.

* Tickets will be on sale from 0:00 (midnight) on the day of the screening up to
20 minutes before the movie starts.
* Tickets will be sold at the theater from 10:00 up to the time the movie starts
only for those movies that have not been sold out by vit.

* Tickets for Reserved Seats B will be sold only for films shown at reserved-seat-only screenings at Orchard Hall and Theatre Cocoon. Note that Reserved Seats B are located in areas where it is difficult to see the entire screen. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
