“I wanted to shoot a film which resembled a haiku,” said Director Takashi Koizumi at the LETTER FROM THE MOUNTAIN -Talk Show.

The screening for the LETTER FROM THE MOUNTAIN (naturalTIFF section) took place at the Talk Show on Oct. 19 (Sun) at the venue of the Bunkamura Le Cinema. Takashi Koizumi (dir.) is known for his career as an assistant director of the late Akira Kurosawa. The set of the Amitabha Hall which was constructed for the filmmaking has now become the tourist mecca.
