Tokyo's first International comedy film festival will open in Asakusa, the cradle of Japanese comedy and Ueno where the largest gatherings of art museums and cultural institutions are centered. The film fest produced by the Asakusa resident creator-producer, Seiko Ito, will allow us to relish comedies from various perspectives that cover such themes like "Cinema," "Old Town" and "Comedy." |
