For the future of the film industry the Tokyo International Film Festival holds the āFilm Critics Project ā as part of development of human resources. This will provide the first step for those aspiring to become a professional film critic who adore films and support the film industry in the future with their firm eyes on films. Anyone who is able to view films in the "Competition" section during the festival period and write critiques in Japanese may participate in the project.
ć»View films in the "Competition" section during the Festival (October 18 to 26) , and write critiques of between 800 and 1,500 characters in Japanese per piece.
ć»Multiple application is permitted.
Closing date for entry is November 14 (Friday).
